I am glad that you like to enjoy wild deer coming into your yard. I to like deer, on a plate. But, here where I live they are a menace, eating our gardens , making a mess

, they are very aggravating

, I do everything I can to keep them out of my yard and garden.

But I am glad you posted the pics, I do like to see wildlife. But I'd rather see it in someone else's yard.

The pics are beautiful!! I do think you must be careful, he feels so comfortable with you that he may approach the wrong person someday. Hopefully it won't be hunting season and that person won't be holding a gun!! - Unless that person is me, my DH, or one of my sons!! Just kidding - we live way to far away from you!!

All you hunters, Keep Away!!
I love them coming around, but soon they will not be able to. We are working on getting our yard fenced with electric and short field wire so we can have a dog and let our horses out to graze. I will be sad not to see them so much, so I have to get as many photos now as I can.
I love the interaction with the Peas. That was surprising. I saw them looking at each other, ran in to get the camera and expected the deer to be gone when I got back. He was still there though. My son, who is 5, and I belly crawled as close as we could to get the shots. We didn't want to deer or the peas to leave before we got some good pictures.

Pongo is very "Tame" compaired to most deer, I think. He came back last night and Loren, my son, and I were playing kick the ball. Pongo just ignored us and ate leaves from a near by tree. He watches us, but is not scared of us at all.

This is so cool that you get a close up view of them! They are both beautiful!!

I "live" with a small herd; moved in on them so shouldn't complain when they eat things I've worked so hard to grow. Even though they do, I still love them and never get tired of seeing them - though none this close up!
