Poop butt chicken

I have a chicken that has poop stuck on her butt all the time, i have gave her a few baths but she still isnt better. we have been thinking about butchering her but i thought BYC could figure somthing out

Is the poop sticking on her feathers around her vent? If so, she may benefit from a trim back there. I have had to do it wirh a couple chicks and it has worked.

Does she have any other signs of any illness?
