Poop in worm farm

Hi, we have 6 chickens, a garden, and a compost bin-I would like to replace the bin with a garden bed and get a worm farm to use the castings and feed some worms to the chicks. We have been cleaning the coop regularly and mainly dumping the waste in the bin. My question is can I put the waste in the worm farm? Is it safe or should I just let it sit a few days and then add it?
Any information would be great. Thanks

That's a good question... I actually don't know. I do know that my compost bin has a decent amount of earthworms that crawled up into there, and there's plenty of chicken poop mixed in, so I guess it doesn't bother them much?

Valid point. I was just worried that it might be too much or toxic. Thinking of just putting a separate bin on the side and randomly add them. Thank you.
