Poop keeps getting stuck on chick

Hey everyone, I have an 8 week old silkie chicken who keeps getting poop stuck to it’s bottom. Coincidentally, this is the same chick I helped hatch. He doesn’t have many tail feathers, which is weird because all of the other chickens have them. The poop keeps getting stuck, but it does not block where the poop actually comes from. What should I do? I heard epsom salt baths help.

Feeding some yogurt has always helped with my chicks, just a proportional amount once a day for a few days.
