@Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive It is definitely worms! I found a dead one and got a pic.I would have followed the instructions on the Cox-Out (amprolium) to give for a treatment period of 5-7 days. Amprolium is mild, so you can always just start the treatment again and give for a full 5-7 days. Make sure the mixed water is the only water they are drinking and that you don't offer extra vitamins during the treatment period.
For treatment of worms, I would look for Albendazole (Valbazen). Looks like Bosterno Plus (Levimisole + Albendazole) may be a good product to use.
Question: if they are excreting dead worms does that mean their immune system is tackling them or just that the worm died in their system because they live their whole life cycle there? I have been giving them some homeovet wrm clear so I wasn't sure if it was helping or if the chicken would have excreted the worm anyway.
I am looking for some Safeguard to dispense.
