Poop pic - is this indicative of worms?

I would have followed the instructions on the Cox-Out (amprolium) to give for a treatment period of 5-7 days. Amprolium is mild, so you can always just start the treatment again and give for a full 5-7 days. Make sure the mixed water is the only water they are drinking and that you don't offer extra vitamins during the treatment period.

For treatment of worms, I would look for Albendazole (Valbazen). Looks like Bosterno Plus (Levimisole + Albendazole) may be a good product to use.
@Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive It is definitely worms! I found a dead one and got a pic.
Question: if they are excreting dead worms does that mean their immune system is tackling them or just that the worm died in their system because they live their whole life cycle there? I have been giving them some homeovet wrm clear so I wasn't sure if it was helping or if the chicken would have excreted the worm anyway.
I am looking for some Safeguard to dispense.

Seeing worms like that in the poop, she's got an overload.
I would treat the whole flock.
Hopefully you can find Fenbendazole (Safeguard), if not, I would look into what I had posted previously.

Thank you! I could only find the equine version for the paste and wasn't confident in dispensing the liquid goat one.. so I'm on the second day of the paste. How long before seeing improvement in their poops? Liveliness and overall behavior of the chickens seem normal.

Glad you were able to get some meds.
Dose for paste and liquid Fenbendazole is the same - .23ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 days in a row.

It may take some time to see improvement. I would give her some probiotics as well.

I've just added probiotics/electrolytes from the Durvet powder packets to their water yesterday. Fingers crossed. I still see some pink specks like their intestinal lining / irritation in their poops.
