They do? I'm probably just paranoid. The chicks have been a nightmare and I'm nervous about ever introducing them the the rest of my flock. Thank you!
 
If these chicks are not FAR away from your current flock, and you are not changing shoes and clothes then I'm pretty sure the wind and humans have already exposed what ever these have to your current flock.
I wouldn't worry about it too much anymore.
