Looks like a great solution but suggest you paint the interior for cleaning, to seal off the old poo smell in the poop tray wood and prevent trapped moisture issues under the mat. Particle board does not stand up to moisture at all, it swells and delaminates rapidly.
Don't know how to do the quote thing yet..need to practice, but in the meantime, wanted to say that the siding is the stuff that is coated on the outside, T-11 or something of the sort? Do I still need to paint it on the inside? If so, it iwll have to be this fall on my vacation, as I work 2 jobs, and have no time to do much more than work and survive.
