You can apply honey or Prep.H hemmoroid cream to it to help redcued swelling. Give her a daily butt soak, and take a rag to rub off the crusty stuff which may cause some mild bleeding, but that needs to come off. Dry her off well or blow dry her. The red tissue must be kept moist with honey, oil, or cream so that it doesn’t dry out and die. Each time you are handling her, try to push the red tissue back inside. Make sure that she is able to poop. Prolapsed vents can occur alone or from egg binding, so feel around for a stuck egg as well.
