Poop stuck in chicken's butt (warning gross picture)

So my sister raises chickens and she is having a problem with her chicken. I'm her older brother so all problems go to me but I just can't figure out what to do. Here's what she has told me.

She found Puffy (her chicken) in the barn with blood on the butt and beak. She gave it a bath and found out it has hardened poop stuck in her butt. She soaked it in water and was able to get a good chunk of it out but if she trys to get any more, the chicken freaks out like she is hurting it. Even though there is blockage, when the chicken poops more, it does come out from the sides.

If its hardened I would just keep soaking her. Try to soaking her in some epsom salts and see if that helps. Epsom salts are great for healing wounds and loosening up hardened poop whether it be one their skin or feathers. Just make sure that it does not have any fragrances in the Epsom salts, those can be irritating.

that looks like a partial prolapse
def do ES soaks they help to reduce swelling, draw out infection and alleviate pain

***DO NOT LET HER DRINK IT*** it is also a diuretic

also keep her separated from the others, once they see blood they will quite literally peck it to death
