Poop the question

I'm only a chicken mama for 2 months now. One chick has different poop. Is this a normal poop?

9 weeks old. Purina medicated starter and grow. They also get sprouts, scrambled eggs, meal worms and some scratch. Noy all in one day and usually every other day with things other than feed. Small amount of scratch with corn at night due to the tempetures at night here in jersey. What should i be doing for this?

Don't do anything yet. One odd looking poop does not mean a sick bird. One of my birds occasionally has the odd, runny looking poop. Usually I can chalk it up to what they've been free ranging on or what treat(s) I may have given them.

If you are concerned, I would stop all treats. The Purina medicated starter and grow will be sufficient. See if everything returns to normal.

I agree with stopping all the treats...too many treats just aren't good.

I would keep an eye out for more poops like this and other signs of Coccidiosis.

They are not really acting any different just different poop. How long do I give it?
