Thanks I am going to read these. There are several studies that it does. I have several of them in many of my posts, you can look for them if you want. I put the info out there to help the OP.
Have you ever tried it? Do you have personal experience with it? My only intention was to give the OP an alternative idea.
The information is there if you want to find it. Here are a few studies to get you started

Conventional producers may also want to consider these natural alternatives, because overuse of conventional compounds may lead to resistance.

This will not treat worms. She was pooping non-bloody, fairly normally yesterday, but this morning I found bloody poop. I'm worried she's not drinking enough because she's in pain, and therefore not getting enough medicine. She made a small raspy noise whenever she pooped last night like it hurt her, plus panting a lot. Would it hurt to give her apple cider vinegar just in case she might have worms?
That and the scratching are great signs! She's preening!
It just took a bit of yogurt to get her to perk up. Hopefully she stays like that, then I just need to watch her poop. That and the scratching are great signs!
I think so. After I gave her the yogurt, she started eating a lot and pecking at her food. Which means scratching it everywhere, but I'd rather have that then not eating at all.Is she eating better now after being on the Corid for a few days?

Have you tried soaking her feed in water to make it an oatmeal like consistency, it will help with her upping her intake of water some too.I think so. After I gave her the yogurt, she started eating a lot and pecking at her food. Which means scratching it everywhere, but I'd rather have that then not eating at all.![]()
