What does her poop look like now?

More normal. I don't see any blood, it's just green or really dark. I don't think it's as runny as it was before either.

Oh, I've seen that before. But that's not what she has. It's not that runny or foamy.

I'm really worried about her not getting enough water. I only saw her take a drink a few times all night, but she's panting so much.

It's normal for chickens to pant if they are hot (or stressed), but if you think it's because she isn't getting enough water, you could try to make her drink it with a medicine dropper. They don't always dig that, but it gets water into them-- going through the same thing with one of our chickens right now. She's a cutie!
