Not sure that I would use ACV at this point. Maybe ivermectin that you drop on her skin. It does not cover all worms but many and is easy on the bird, also will zap a host blood sucking critters that may be sapping her strength.

I just hesitate to use medicines because she's already on Corid. I don't want to to mix things or put too much on her system.

Agrees...and you don't know if she even has worms.
Her age and the continued blood does not bode well.
Corid does not help all strains of coccidiosis.

True. this is why I suggested a vet. A vet will have other drugs that might work better, like an injectable sulfa, or Baycox or Marquis, but it's also possible that the intestines are so heavily damaged and that no medication will help.

Just got home. Still behaving the same. Little bit of panting and still not doing much except looking around a bit. I did see her drink a little water and peck at her food a bit. Her water is below my 60 ml mark, but I'm unsure if that's all from today, as I wasn't able to refill her dish this morning. Here's some poops from overnight and all day today.

I have always used Sulmet (not corrid) for coccidia. It always worked wonders, but I did have to order it especially at the feed store just to have it on hand.
The one time I needed it (long long after I got it), it saved a whole pen of young birds.

I decided to give her some probiotic yogurt, and that got her excited. I also tried giving her some rosemary, but she doesn't seem to like it. She just wants yogurt.

Normal behaviour for eating yogurt!
