If you get the 9.6% Amprol liquid then it's 2 teaspoons per gallon of water for 5-7 days and then .5 teaspoon per gallon for another 5-7 days. If you get the 20% powder it's 1.5 teaspoons per gallon of water for 5-7 days and then 1/3 teaspoon for another 5-7 days.
You can also give them an oral dose directly in addition to the medicated water, for those that you know have bloody droppings or are acting lethargic or that are not eating and drinking well. Dosing for that is here (Corid and Amprol are the same):
