Pooping/vent issue

I have an 8 week old chick that has been making a funny chirping sound as it constantly tries to poop but struggling/nothing comes out. Poops are watery and white and bum is now messy from it. Looks like maybe his vent is protruding more than normal or maybe swollen...not really red or irritated but he does try to peck and clean it...

Anyone know what might be wrong or what I can do for him?

Can you gather up the chick and clean the vent - take a good look to see if there's prolapse. Get some photos of the vent when you wash her up.
What are you feeding including treats?
