If you are afraid that one bird is not getting enough food, you might try seperate feeders. I have one main feeder that I fill to the top, and then I spread feed in a small area in the run. This seperates the flock and gives them something to scratch at during the day.
How much are you feeding for how many birds?

Multiple feeders throughout the coop and run will ensure that she is able to get her share of feed somewhere. It is quite common for bully hens to guard the food and not allow access to the lower birds, so the more feeding stations you have the better her chances are. The same goes for water - there should be multiple spots that she can seek a drink as she needs to.

Also, it is recommended that chickens should have free access to their feed 24/7 - This means their feeders should always be full, and they should be able to eat whenever they are hungry.

I really hope that the single scoop of feed that you told us about (above) is not all that you feed your flock. Yes, feed is expensive. And yes, they can eat a lot. But at the end of the day it is the same as owning any other animal - if you take on the responsibility of owning chickens you also have to take on the responsibility of feeding them appropriately.
