We have two roosters we swap out for breeding we will swap them every few months. My splash silkie was in his large pen and we found what we thought was bumble foot. We tried to lance it and wash it out but come to find our it wasn't and there was just dead skin on the bottom of his foot. But while his lanceig spot healed we kept him in a rabbit hutch on clean shaveings. He can walk on hos foot but he seems to have trouble walking on it. It is all hard and he can't uncurl his toes. On his other foot he can't bend his toes at all. I'm worried for him and I really can't figure out what's wrong with him. I can post pics but it breaks my heart to see him like he is because he was my first silkie for my FFA project. Is there any way to help him?
