Poorly black rock hen please help

Brian, im sorry I took so long to get back. I couldnt see anything that was wrong with your chicky. She looks fine on the outside, but that fluffing... what you may want to do is treat her for Coccidiosis and worms. You said that you had not wormed her before so she may have worms and/or Coccidiosis (she does have white runny stool which is a sign).
To worm her, take either: Ivermectin sheep drench- 10cc per gallon of water (for about 5 days)
~OR~
Ivermectin Cattle Injection- 5-7 drops (depending on size) on a piece of bread and put down throat (one time!)

To treat for Coccidiosis:
Sulmet- 2tbsp per gallon of water (for about 5 days)

You can mix both in the same gallon of water if you choose to do the Sulmet and sheep drench. This should help and you should see an improvement quickly if she is infected. You also want to treat the rest of your flock with the same dosages listed above as prevention.

you do not always feel an egg... is she staying in one spot and lot and do you notice her straining?
At any rate I would separate her to a nice clean warm area (set her on a nice warm steamy towel > get some KYgel and run a big ole glob of that gently around the inside of her vent ... give her a crushed TUM (with binding problems a vet will give calcium gluconate and this is an emergency substitute for that) ...
Monitor her for further symptoms.

Treated all the hens with COXOID in the water last night.
this morning tried the hen that had the problem on Grapes and Yoghurt, would not touch it then late afternoon started to eat just a little layers pellets then drank a lot of water.
She is now eating but only a little and seems to shy away from the flock when they run for food.
She does not seem to like getting in the crowd. but still its a start.
Thanks to all that offered advice.
No doubt I will be back on here when t he next problem comes along.
