Flubevent pellets......am waiting for batril medicine to be delivered and they also had damatous earth......not sure i spelt all correct......the two swollen sacs are lower down each side of wind pipe....i lift both wings and base neck...either side just under wings...thank you for asking x

Swelling under wing sounds strange to me. Have you looked closely for any injuries? Is it possible she was attacked by a predator, or even other chickens? I'm no expert, and haven't had to deal with respiratory illness in my chickens, but seems odd that it would cause swelling under the wing. That's why folks are asking for pictures, I think.
