Can you compare the size of her abdomen to the size of your other chickens. The particular areas of interest are between her legs and just below her vent. Compare by feeling one and then another. You are looking for some abnormal swelling. The white urates clogging her vent is usually a sign that her bowel is constricted somewhere often as a result of a reproductive issue as has been suggested by others. Abdominal swelling would be an indication of that. If the abdominal swelling becomes pronounced, it may be kinder to euthanize her as these problems do not generally end well.
The other option for a white discharge would be vent gleet which is a yeast infection. Usually there will be a smell to the discharge and it is sometimes yellow.
Sadly as others have said, these girls reproductive systems get worn out quickly and they suffer from a variety of issues, many of which are a ticking time bomb and little that can be done in the way of treatment. If you have surplus funds to throw at the problem, sometimes hormonal implants can dramatically improve them but they need to be replaced every 3-6 months and run to 100s of dollars each time.... but this is not effective against all of these ailments so even if you do have the funds, you need to establish what you are dealing with first.
Personally my funds do not run to veterinary care for my chickens, so don't feel like you are under any pressure to go for that treatment. I'm just trying to ensure you have as much information as possible, so that you can make an educated decision.
If she has laid recently and then stopped, salpingitis might be the most likely cause.
