poorly chicken?

hi am new to the forum so not sure how this works!
I have a white bantam, roughly 15 weeks old. she has already got pink skin and feet but the last couple of days her beak and face have become a lot pinker than normal and I have noticed a very small lump on the side of her beak. She is eating and drinking normally and hasnt changed energy wise at all. Any ideas what this could be? many thanks

I don't know what to tell you about the beak lump, can you post a photo? I can tell you that as a hen approaches laying age, her face/comb/wattles will get much brighter (pinker/redder) and that's perfectly normal.
