    Please help!!!!
I have had 4 new baby chicks last week and have noticed that one of them isn't growing like the others. She doesn't extend her neck, she seems to be blind too. This has only become apparent the last 3 days. She eats but only very little and is very noisy. When her throat was massaged today she did extend her neck so I know she can, also she doesn't straighten her legs like the other 3. Any help would be extremely gratefully received as it is quite distressing watching her. She also sits with her eyes closed a lot.

How old is she? You may want to add a vitamin/probiotic to the water. Rooster Booster has a good brand which also contains electrolytes. Make sure that she is not showing signs of coccidiosis, which are lethargy, diarrhea, puffing up or hunching over, poor appetite, and ruffled feathers. It typically can occur between 2-20 weeks of age. The best treatment is to give Corid in the water for 5 days.
