Tylan though used to treat mycoplasma, is also used in some cases to treat enteritis, an intestinal disease.

I tend to agree with @rebrascora and think that Mareks may be very possible. Initially, in my first post, that was something I thought about, but wanted to see a video of her walking. Mareks can cause a lack of immunity, where common illnesses can cause problems.

If you lose her, I would get a necropsy by the state vet to look for Mareks and other diseases, since that can affect your other chickens in the future. Here is a link where you will find contact info on state vets and poultry labs:

Agree with necropsy if another death to determine cause and future flock management. Here is info. on Mareks Disease. Best protection from Mareks disease is vaccination on day one. I make sure all my birds are purchased from a Hatchery who vaccinated as most breeders here do not. Best future management from Coccidiosis is in new birds feed medicated feed for first 8 weeks of life. It is true if have Mareks then leaves bird open to other diseases related to decreased immune system. Hope the info helps!

Hi I will try to get some pictures. The vet doesnt really know what it is, but said she could be bleeding from high up in the gut/stomach. Ive only had chickens for 2 years so not that experienced. One of my others had a similar problem but she went down very rapidly. Never heard of these other things you mentioned, will read up on them. Thanks.

Yes & the fact that some of her poop is like gooey black diahorea since medicating.

4 month old chicken that has started limping & sitting down a lot. She still eats, walks, runs & jumps. Since I had her at 10 weeks she has been popping what looks like intestines. I treated the girls for 1 week for coccidiosis,

I sent a sample of poop off to the lab & it came back clear.

I'm not a poop or worm expert. Let's see what @Eggcessive and @dawg53 say.
Since the Tylan does not seem to be making a difference it's hard to know.

The poop has a lot of mucous to me and it's hard to tell what's in it - is that just bedding or fibrous material or could that be worms? I realize you had testing, but I see quite a few people report that worms can be missed with tests.

I do agree that Marek's would be quite a perfect "fit" as mentioned and it is a good possibility that is the cause of the limping and the disease is allowing other conditions to take hold - that's not uncommon at all.
But since Marek's is incurable and all you can do is treat symptoms to begin with, then I would start there.

IF I saw poop like that - I would treat for worms and Coccidiosis. Since you are in the UK likely you need to get the Amprolium and De-wormer from your vet.
@dawg53 knows more about dewormers that are available in the UK so hopefully he will chime in with his thoughts.

See that she is eating her chick starter and drinking well.

That is a lot of shed intestinal lining but if you have had a faecal test done and she is clear for coccidia and worms and she has already been treated for coccidiosis anyway and also had a course of antibiotics then there is little else that I can suggest except a probiotic (or fermented feed) and vitamin supplement. I still think Marek's is the likely underlying issue but all you can do is feed her well and offer supportive care and see how she goes. As long as she is still eating there is hope that she will pull through this.
