Pop door size?

What size do I make the pop door? We are going to do one of those sliding up kind on a rope, but is it 12 wide by 14 high or 14 wide by 12 high?
Thanks. Or different. Just regular 12x12? I think they're just regular chickens.

Bigger than the biggest chicken.

Make it taller than it is wide, just like the birds

14 high by 12 wide unless you have really big chickens...I dont think mine is 12x12 but it needs to be about 2 inches taller. Part of saturdays project.

Thanks. They're only 4 weeks old so I have no idea what size they'll be. They're mutts so I don't even know what breed they are either. But they're just regular chicken type chickens, so I'm assuming they will be normal size.
