My kids love these, so I thought I would share. They're ridiculously easy. You butter both sides of a piece of bread and cut the center out with a biscuit cutter (we use a Vienna sausage with nail holes punched in the bottom). Then put the bread in a skillet and crack an egg into the hole. Once the bottom gets done you flip and cook the other side. It's really just a fried egg in a piece of toast, but the boys love them. Maybe you will too.
