I was curious what does that mean I have a sick chick who while holding her I heard pooping sounds

If its a clicking sound when the chick breathes, it has probably aspirated some water. If that's the case, keep it warm, somewhere it won't be bothered and hope it works it out on its own.

Aspiration can happen when your dipping their beak in the drinker or syringe dropping them water, which folks typically will try when they have an ill chick. This is why its stressed to be very careful while giving them water.

Updatee chick passed away sometime today while I was at work..

Sorry about that. I had a chick clicking yesterday too, it passed away after a few hours. Some of them just aren't meant to make it.
