alright, all you have to do is hold the gun real steady, adjust the sight to what you think it is, if they're running, aim a little bit ahead of them (how far depends on how far away from you they are), shoot.
if you missed, either readjust the sight or try to hold the gun steadier

if they fall and stop moving, use binoculars to get a better look to see if you got them or if they just hit the dirt and are laying prone

simple as that
