Pork Chops? Assistance please

Saute an onion in 3tbsp of butter. Brown chops quickly on each side, Throw chops, sauteed onions, and a can or two of cream of muchroom in the crock pot, cook til falling apart. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or toast!!!! DEEEEEELISH.

Oooh, what My mom always did, and I do now, is:

Finely chop Celery and Onion, Saute with a little oil and garlic salt, after you get a nice yummy spell coming off, add a cup of rice and toss it around for a few minutes with the Celery and Onion. Then put all that into a 13x9 casserole Dish add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water to it an stir it all up.

Next, in the same pan (do not rinse pan, you want those yummy flavors from the celery and onion), lightly brown each pork chop, then place pork chops on top of the rice mixture, cover with foil and bake a 350 for 50 minutes, remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. Test rice to make sure it's done (Carefully it's hot!) if rice isn't done give it another 10 minutes or so.

Serve with a veggie and you are ready!

OMG, I am so hungry now!!! I haven't eaten at all today, and now I want pork chops!!!

oh I forgot about these.....
bake porckchops in cream of celery soup til they fall apart..........
or.............
layer a baking dish with porch chops, spread sliced onion over it....then in a big bowl put a can of cream of mushroom soup & 1lb of sour cream mix well and add garlic to taste(you will not need a full can of water/or milk with soup, then once sour cream & soup is mixed add raw potato slices until mixture & potato are mixed well....pour this mixture over chops and onion slices spreading evenly then cover with foil and bake for an hour at 350! Yummy!!!!!

PS......You guys are not only making me hungry but you are making me crave pork chops!

I mix an egg and milk and then dip the pork chop in that mixture and then in flour to coat and back in the egg mixture then back in the flour and put into hot oil and fry them up! Then I mix some of the left over oil with flour and make a roux and add milk and if needed some pork/beef seasoning and a little chicken seasoning and make a gravy. Add some mashed potatoes and you've got yourself a good meal!!

Just a friendly warning, Be careful when you brown those Chops, I went to put one in the pan last night, and the oil popped on my finger, so I dropped the pork chop in the oil, which splattered all over hitting my foot!

Ya know what I wound up doing? I crushed stuffing mix to a fine powder and dredged the chops in scrambled eggs and then the stuffing and baked them. Turned out fantastic! I added pepper to the eggs too.

I love the mistype! Yummy spells! Sounds very Harry Potter!

I love cooking chops.

One pan meal:
Lightly bread/flour the chops. Brown in the biggest, heaviest and deepest pot you have. Lift out the chops, place a layer of onion on the bottom - cook for a few minutes, lay the chops back down. Layer thin sliced potato on top, pour in one can of broth. Cook for 30 min on low setting then add broccoli on top. Cook another 20 min, add liquid as needed. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and call in the troops. We love it.

You can easily make pork scallopini(sp?) by pounding the pork chop into a thin patty(debone if the chop has bone still attached) and dredging it through egg and bread crumbs and then frying it in a skillet. Serve with buttered noodles and green beans. MmmmYummy!!!

I make this all the time and it's really easy.

4 pork chops, salt and peppered
2 cans beef consume soup
1 cup rice
4 tbs butter
1 med. onion, chopped

pre-heat oven to 350

Put rice and soup in baking dish. Sauté onion in butter till onion is soft.
add onion and butter mixture to the rice and soup, stir
put pork chops on top. Cover bake 350 for 1 hour.
This makes the best rice ever!!!

You can use beef broth but it is not as good as the consume.
