Position of embryo development?

Hi, so I'm currently doing my 4th hatch. Previous were all done with eggs laying on side, manual turning 3x a day, still air. This time after reading a few posts her I'm trying the egg carton method. Eggs are air cell up, I'm rotating the entire incubator 45 degrees 3x a day and also moving the egg angle. Also moving egg positions in the carton every few days. Today is day 3 and I candled a few out of curiosity and many are developing (yay). However I noticed when previously the veining started from the middle, now it's at the top. Will that affect proper development?? Pics of my current setup.

Top is perfect.
I've noticed that you will usually see the veining at the top, near the air cell first, when it starts developing.

Oh phew thank you! I'm really hoping this works, I liked the idea of less egg handling and less clean up lol.
