Positioning for hatching

I understand that one reason for taking the eggs off the turners after day 18 is so the chicks can get into position for hatching. Do any of you put anything in the incubator to keep the chicks that have already hatched from pushing around the unhatch eggs?
 
Yeah but then there's the whole humidity drop for pipped eggs thing. I was thinking like hay or towel.

Neither will stop them chicks from moving the eggs.
I use a grippy rubber shelf liner and it doesn't keep them still either.
