Possible Ameraucana?

They look white, but I am not sure. She is one of the more flighty of the flock.

I don't see any reason to assume Easter Egger yet. As long as she eventually lays blue (not green eggs) I would tentatively call her an Ameraucana

I would say she's an ameraucana, but she's not show quality. I would say she's hatchery quality, and assume that the guy who's breeding them got his breeding stock from a hatchery.

I am not gonna call her an ameraucana until we know, but the more she grows the more I wonder. Here are a few photos of her a 4/5 wks old then 2 (shea the black one on the left). She sold Ameraucana's, Delaware's, Blk Autralorp's, and EE. Like I said, I really doubt she is a pure Ameraucana, but I will know more today.

Update on Ms. Soup: I learned that she did come from Murray McMurray, so the odds of her being one is nil. They do have bantam black Ameraucana, but its doubtful. That said, she is an awfully beautiful egger! 17 weeks old this Wednesday!

Murray McMurray does have BBS Ameraucanas. But they aren't good quality.

Also, yours looks to have some leakage coming through on her neck.

Yeah. I noticed that a few weeks ago, but just call it her beauty mark lol. I when I saw it initially, I figured my Black Sex-Link shredded a feather that stuck to her chin...but then it never went away. I dont care if she is or not, she's just full of character and healthy which is all I ask for.
