My Indian runner duck drake has a droopy chest and neck. His wings are fine and legs are fine. One of his eyelids are closed. These are his symptoms. If anyone knows what it could be please tell me lol.

Is vet care an option?

If not and you feel that botulism is the issue, then researching how to give a flush would be a good idea.

Monitor her for 48h to 72h if these hours passed and she stay alive survival of her life is very possible
Afterwards give her Vitamin E and selenium she will recovering
