Possible broken foot

I have a 8 month old Welsummer that was fine yesterday. This morning she will not put hardly any weight on her left foot. She sits most of the time during the day but will come for treats. I assume it was injured jumping from the roost this morning. Should I put her in a small cage and give her some time to heal? She is healthy as can be. Eats and drinks fine she is just not very mobile. Any advise would be appreciated. John

I would seperate her and keep her confined for a week and see if it heals, also check the bottom of her foot for bumblefoot.
