Possible broken leg

I have a chick who just hatched and he's doing ok other than his leg. It's kind of off to the side and he can't really walk. Is it broken? How can I fix that?
I was thinking maybe some kind of splint to straighten it out but I'm not sure how to do that

hm, I cant really see anything from this picture, perhaps a side angle? I am not super knowledgeable with baby injuries, but I am gonna give this post a bump so perhaps someone with more experience can help. Your little guy might have "splay leg". There is a lot of information on it, and treatments, if you do a search on BYC...

I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I wrapped his legs with a bandaid earlier and he's already doing better. Thanks!

You might want to check to see if it is a slipped tendon, because that needs to be fixed in the first day. Get some vet wrap. Here are some links:
