Possible bumble foot?

Should I put anything in the water? Epsom salt or something? She tries to drink her bath water every time I’ve bathed her so anything I put in, I try to make it safe for consumption.
I don't think epsom salt would help with anything (except give her a crop flush if she drank too much!). The main thing is just to gently warm up her feet to promote blood flow.

Unfortunately I was unable to attend to her enough to help the toe during the holiday chaos. It got really bad and we ultimately took her to the vet to get the toe amputated.

We’re going to try to save the other toe but we’ll see if we even can.
The vet cut open the joint she removed and it was very badly infected. So she had a bone infection. She’s on amoxicillin for two weeks, and meloxicam for one week. She’s just walking around on a club of bandages for now but she honestly seems a lot happier.

She’s enjoying snuggles with her friend who got (hopefully mild) frostbite.

Thank you for the update.
It was nice to see the vet. Hopefully she won't lose the other toe, but that can be common with frostbite. Chickens can sometimes lose all their toes or even a foot and still be able to lead normal active lives.

Keep us posted on how she's getting along.
