Possible bumblefoot

Looks like the webbing of the foot was plugged up with debris.

What are you wrapping the foot with?

Even though you were able to remove the debris. Rinse the cavity well.
I'd give her foot a soak in chlorhexidine. Let it dry with the Chlorhexidine on it. Put a dot of triple antibiotic ointment on a small square of gauze pad (not much ointment) and place that on the sore on the top of her foot. Wrap with vetwrap. Change daily. Swab the foot with chlorhexidine.

When you can, get someone to help take photos in good lighting for clearer photos of what's going on there.

I am wrapping it with gauze and vet wrap after soaking in epsom salt, spraying with vetericyn antimicrobial spray , putting collidial silver on it, then Neosporin. I don't have any Chlorhexidine so I'll have to get some of that. These are the best photos but I'll try to get my husband to help take better photos today. The hole is filling in with more black and the blister on top is filling in with white as will as getting bigger.

The top looks like it's blistering a little. I'm not sure why that's happening.
Could be the salts or something else irritating it. I tend to let feet be more on the dry side before wrapping.
The bottom looks almost like it wants to blister too? Is that what you think?

For me, I'd soak, but let the foot dry or dry the foot, then use just one of your treatment options instead of all of them. It may be that the neosporin, silver and vetericyn together are causing some irritation.

You can find chlorhexidene online, but Hibiclens is sold at Walmart and other pharmacies. Just add water 1:1. I don’t think that Vetericyn is antiseptic or will kill germs, although wound sprays are good for everyday use for helping wounds to heal. When my chicken had the blister on top between the toes, I also lance that and tried to squeeze out pus. Hopefully more soaking will help it heal. But I would dress the foot and let her be with her flock. If you keep her separated, they might bully her when she returns to the flock. It had a little blister on top when I first saw it but now a few days later it is much bigger and filling with white. I'm not sure if it's trying to blister on the bottom. Maybe I'll rinse her foot with water after soaking in Epsom salt and see if that makes a difference. Dry it completely then maybe just use Neosporin. Thank you for helping.

I'll look at Walmart for that then. Maybe I should lance the blister than. It is getting bigger. Do I soak it in Epsom salt after lancing? What would I put on the blister after it is lanced? Her foot is wrapped and I just put her back with her flock. I will check it this afternoon.

I would soak before lancing or not at all. For any bumblefoot, I would clean with chlorhexidene or betadine, and apply plain Neosporin. Then apply a 2x2 pad, and vet wrap strips.

I just recently treated a similar foot. The blister on top is likely from the infection on the bottom of the foot tunneling through. Sometimes you can clean it all out through the bottom, it can take a fair amount of squeezing and manipulation, and sometimes tweezers to get it all cleaned out. What is left should look like pink, healthy tissue. You can sometimes feel knots or chunks under the skin that are harder spots, that's probably more infection/pus that needs to come out. If it can't all be gotten from the bottom, then you need to lance the top and remove it and clean it out there. I've done it both ways, it just depends on that particular foot. When any infection is left in there, it regenerates and you have to do it all again. As everyone already said, flush the foot well, make sure everything is clean and dry before bandaging. For really stubborn ones that just won't clear up I have had success with using sugardine, I will link to a thread below on that. It is not a fast fix, but it has worked well for me on some really stubborn ones for which nothing else was working. You still have to clean as much of the infection out as possible with that also. Thank you for sharing. These are photos of her foot yesterday. I felt like it was healing because the black is getting smaller but now after reading your comment I don't think it is.

Photos of her foot this afternoon. I opened up the blister on top but all that came out was blood. I also picked alittle harder at the black scab on the bottom of her foot and it started to bleed so maybe that is just a scab and no puss is under it.? I'm not sure.
