Possible disease

I wanted to eat some eggs and I found something strange. I haven't seen something like this before, this why I need some help here. I broke the egg and the yolk was ok, but the white was reddish like it was mixed with blood. Any idea why this happened? Is this due to a disease? Or it's a coincidence?

From what I have read it, usually means a blood vessel has broken during egg formation . I am no expert but I have even gotten some from the store this way. i also read somewhere that blood spots or blood in the yolks or white can occasionally but not always mean a hen maybe lacking in vitamin A. I do not think it means it is diseased but that is an opinion ...
