Hi everyone!
Farm and fleet surprised me and had chicks for sale the other day. I decided to get a few and noticed this girl in the “Golden laced Wyandotte” bin, when she clearly wasn’t a GLW ( poofy cheeks, totally different patterning and color). What do you think my chances are that this could possibly be an Easter Egger? When I ordered chicks online a couple weeks ago the Easter Eggers were out of stock, so I would be really thrilled if this ended up to be an Easter Egger. There weren’t any other breeds that even remotely look like this one for sale that day. I think she was an accident, which is kind of exciting to see what she ends up being!
For reference here’s my GLW chick who is 2 weeks old:
