Possible egg oddity

Looks like a misfire (no yolk, so missing the structure to keep the whites in order) plus shelless. There have been a few almost identical looking eggs posted on this site, but I cannot find those threads. If the bird is young, both of these issues aren't an alarm. If the bird isn't young, both of these issues are a mild alarm for nutritional issues, ovary health, and calcium absorption deficiency. You mentioned that there are some new birds, and nutritional deficiencies can happen as the birds get used to the new pecking order.
Deworming and isolation would be a great idea if you haven't done that already for the new birds. Deworm all of your chickens if they've been communing together.
