So i noticed something wrong with my hen's comb and beak, looks like scabs forming. It's definitely spread further on her in the last two days. I immediately quarantined her. I've never dealt with any kind of illness or diseases in my flock. I'm not seeing anything on my other hens or rooster. I did clean the entire coop, run. Can anyone identify what's happening here? I am worried about the dreaded fowl pox. Thank you

That does look possibly like fowl pox scabs. It is a virus spread by mosquitoes in hot weather. Sometimes peck wounds from bullying can be mistaken for pox. There is no treatment for pox, but most chickens recover in about a month. Leave the scabs alone, unless they are near the eye. Then you may apply plain Neosporin ointment to the eye twice daily to prevent eye infection. It is not necessary to remove her from the flock, but it is up to you. If there is any doubt about it being pecking instead of pox, you can watch their behavior, and place her into a dog crate with food and water, and leave her in with the others in site. This would make reintegration much easier. Here is some info and pictures on fowl pox:
