Possible fungus

My leghorn is molting, her backside is completely bare, it is covered in white. Could this possibly be some kind of fungus or bacteria? I have attached a photo. (Not the best shot) Let me know your thoughts.

Try to get a photo where we can see her butt straight on. But forst treat her to a butt batch so we aren't just staring at a poopy butt.

Thank you, I will. Definitely not a poop butt, butt will give her a good washing. What type of soap do I use or just warm water?
