Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

what kind of dogs do you have? are they good around the chickens? i was training my dog to help round up my guineas and i thought she was the best. i didnt know how much she enjoyed it untill she went around the house where i couldnt see her and didnt come back. neither did the chicken. she outsmarted me.

so how did you get dried grasshopper? my guineas would love that. and i have NEVER had prime rib before. the few times i have gone out to eat that served it also had shrimp and crab and i wouldnt pass on that !

I have no idea how they got in the oats. must have been in the oat field when they (farmer) combined it.

registered English springer spaniels of the field variety not the bench.. Field variety are bred for their brains and hunting ability instead of looks. They have learned not to mess with the chickens or a big stick comes out and goes smack. Yuri was involve in 1 break-in into the brooder room with the renters springer and played "pounce" with the first 100 chicks I ordered. There were no survivors. Then on the second bath at about 8 weeks old rented springer and his shibu inu tore thru the chicken wire I was using to cut the run down, There were 8 surivors. The shibu inu no longer is on the farm and the springer is now very very afraid of the chickens. Which is a good thing as that was his third strike. Needless to say I have some very pricey chickens now. Had 4 go brood y last summer.

yummy ! i dont know how you could see them but thats probably the best feed you could have. my dog is a cocker, chocolate. i didnt bother to register her because i spayed her right off but she is my northern star

i will tell you a story, i lived in detroit for many yrs. and i went to the pound to find a dog. it took much searching because i wanted a challenge. i found an english setter, covered in feces and they had spay her like that. she was 11 lbs. i brought her home and she gained a lb. a day for 11 days double her weight. that dog was terrible. she pulled so hard she walked upright. she ate my socks and they came out whole.lol but she learned and she saved my life on more than one occasion. see, i have low sugar and sometimes i dont know when its coming but she always did. and she would jump on me and wrap her paws around my neck and refuse to move. at first i didnt know why she was doing this but it soon became clear. and i took her word for it. i will love and miss that dog till my dying day

yes dogs are amazing we had and English setter growing up she was "different" for sure. Would guard her "piles" from flies. attack the sprinkler, run and swim at full speed, love to hunt or at least to ride while hunting. So glad you had yours to watch over and take care of you.

she was white with black spots, a working dog too, not show. i got her to walk by buying a dog pack and loading it with can goods to slow her down. in time i would take her with my bike so she could run and get all that energy out they have. not a lot of roaming space in detroit.lol my mother made me give her up when we moved here. she sold her house and i sold mine and we moved together. i will never let another person take from me what i love. what a mistake. i miss her still
