Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

well, guess im not that far gone then. lol i took a piece of plywood , notched the corners and made some thing similar to a hanging basket . then i added some shiny washers to the bottom hanging and one on the top hanging. they can play under it or on it. i stapled the rope down to the wood so it cant slide or catch their little feet. its about 6in. x8in. they can play king of the mountain.

I wonder if I could make a quail swing?

Yeah those are the type of quail I ate. Hatched them on the 18th December

yeah they weren't too chewy. I'm not planning on hatching any more for meat. Was hard work cleaning them out all the time. If I could raise them outside it might be worth it... but I'm a sucker for buying stuff for them all the time.

I've already been looking at hamster cage accessories for my quail. They're just so tiny and cute, I can't help myself.

I see a lot of people with toys like little jingly balls and yarn in with their quail. Do they play with stuff?

i wouldnt mind having a couple but i dont think i will. was thinking about the Cornish game hens in the store. i know that is about 4 week old Cornish rocks. might be worth it?? i am going to have a frizzled barred rock bantam. it is too cute.

cheyan, i dont know about quail but my chickens love playing with shiny things. the top off a pop can is a good one. i missed it. i dont know what happened but the swing is rocking and all the babies are hiding in the corner. lol
