Possible Guinea Eggs in "Quail" Batch?

lol our quails do that. I have a panel over the bin and when you move it to feed or water them, everyone tries to fly out!
And our cats do that too. I'm constantly chasing them off the incubators!
Have you taken pics of Moose lately? We'd love to see him!!

I haven't recently. I'll take some pictures of him when I get home.

He's such a little cutie! I carried him around in my coat pocket this morning while I was getting ready for school. He's becoming just as tame as Pip.

That's wicked cool! He's going to make a great pet!

Got my first bator as a Christmas gift. I just wanted to experience hatching chicks once and only keep a few of them..... 3 incubators, 70+ chickens, 3 turkeys, 4 peafowl and 13 quail later I still have yet to find the bottom of the hill. Hey we have a horse, why not a pig? It's a gateway drug. I recently started doing fermented feed, and hey since I'm fermenting my own feed I might as well get some dairy goats and make my own goat milk products.... and with all of this manure we might as well turn that corner of the field into a pumpkin patch for next year....

Slippery slope but a fun ride down, I put bobby calves in the back yard one year, after that any mention of pets was meet with raised eyebrows from himself. All the neighbour kiddlets got to bottle feed a calf, my girls popularity was high! Id love a goat! Or an alpaca.
