Possible ideas why my pullet/hen is ill

Thank you. I thought to do an necropsy not sure I can.

I did do a necropsy on her.

I did not see any eggs, the gizzard had food in it so no anemia, lungs appeared ok. Not sure about liver ( not a vet)

Her crop had liquid and food reminents but may have eaten when I was inside.

I did notice some spots of thinkness in the intestinal wall, but when opened there wasn’t any internal blockages. Unless the walls themselves were blocking the passage.

I don’t know what to think.

I decided to disposed of her.

I did take pictures but not very good ones.
