I am new to easing chickens. I was looking over my flock of Cinnamon Queens last night when I noticed the earlobes on one of my pullets (10-11 weeks) were very red and swollen? When I went back out to check on her again they looked less swollen but were still pronounced (see attached photos). None of the other girls in my flock look like this. This morning her earlobes were back to a yellow color. She’s acting like her normal self, eating well and very playful. She’s not showing any signs of infection, no labored breathing or sneezing, I cannot see any mites. Is this normal appearance for my chickens or should I be concerned about the beginnings of an infection?
