Good keep offering her water.
Do you have an electrolytes... even something like Propel water?

I can't see the missing feather area well but that is the area that gets "rooster damaged."

Could they be keeping her/bullying her away from food and water?

Do you see any bugs crawling on her?

Can you get her to eat?
Mix a small amount of her feed with some water....let it soak for a few minutes.
Mix an egg into it and see if she will eat it.

My white hens are near the bottom of the pecking order so it is possible they kept her away from it. I have some chick electrolyte I’m giving her right now. Her crop feels squishy by right above her crop it’s rock hard. And no I don’t see any bugs. She has little specks but they aren’t moving so I think it’s dirt

I don’t think it’s impacted because I felt her crop and it feels fine. It was empty this morning how it’s supposed to be. And her breath doesn’t stink like people say it does when it’s sour. I think I need to de worm then though because I’ve never done that. But idk if it’s a bone or what but it’s right down from her beak.

It's hard to guess with out seeing what you are talking about...could it be her breast bone?

In the picture there are specks on the comb—possibly peck marks, possibly fowl pox scabs if it is hot where you live if mosquitoes are out. Where are you located? Can you separate her in a dog crate with food and water inside your coop, and give her some chopped egg or tuna in addition to her usual chicken feed?
