Possible prolapse, but what is out is white, not red?

Small mixed breed hen, 2-3 years old. Sitting in nest box this evening, looked all poopy but the "stuff" seems to be connected and looks white and smooth. Never saw such a thing. Any ideas to help? I will wash her up, but after that no clue...
