I have no idea what's going on with this baby, we've got, I caught her yesterday because she was poofing up just like a different chick we had at this age started doing before it passed in the night. At first I thought it was an impacted crop, b cause of how swollen it is. I massaged it, gave her canola oil, (we were out of olive oil), and gave her access to water along with making her drink a little every so often. In her crop I could practically feel each individual seed she had been eating before I caught her. She survived her first night, but this morning I've noticed a weird scab? On her side that seems like seeds were coming out of her and it looks like there's seeds right under the skin?!
She still shows lots of will to live, chirps and eats yogurt which she seems to love. But she has not pooped since I've caught her, though her bottom is clear with no visible blockage down there.
I've got no idea what to do with her at this point... I don't want to do surgery on her and have it be the wrong one, we don't have a vet anywhere nearby that takes care of chickens.

She has just pooped for the first time since I've brought her in

If she drinks water, does any liquid come of the wound?
In a tiny chick, you will be able to feel the contents of the crop.

You mention that you feel seeds? What do you feed? If you are feeding seeds, do you provide grit?

If the wound is not leaking fluids, then I would just keep watch on her. Give her chick starter and see that she's drinking well.

These chickens are at my grandma's house, not sure what they feed, when the chick ate and drank nothing came out of the spot. She is now being taken care of and watched over by my aunt.
I'll let them know of the advice, thank you!

It's good that the wound doesn't leak.
Hopefully it's just a minor injury and will heal up quickly.
